Take your usual (Nike or Adidas) size for the intended fit. For this t-shirt we highly recommend going true to size. 

• Youth X-Small - Ages 5-6 (the smaller ones)
• Youth Small - Ages 5-6
• Youth Medium- Ages 7-10
• Youth Large - Ages 9-11
• Youth X-Large - Ages 10-14
• Adult X-Small - Ideal fit for Youth X-Large as well, sizing between the two is interchangeable
• Adult Small - Ideal for the older youth, but the younger adults. Whatever that means, you know your size
  
• Adult Medium - Age is nothing but a number as an Adult, you know your size
